1. About these terms

“Meridian Growth”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Meridian Growth. “You” refers to any visitor to this website or any client engaging our services. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

Meridian Growth provides AI-powered website growth services, including digital audits, web development, AI visibility, content and organic posts, monthly reporting and optimization, and optional paid growth management. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate proposal or statement of work, which takes precedence over general website descriptions.

3. Pricing

• Prices shown on this website are starting points, not fixed quotes.
• Final pricing depends on website complexity, content needs, technical requirements, campaign scope and monthly execution volume.
• For paid growth management, advertising spend is billed separately and paid directly by the client to the relevant ad platforms.
• Monthly services renew on a recurring basis until cancelled in accordance with the engagement agreement.

4. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, timely feedback and necessary access to deliver the work.
• Hold the rights to any materials, brand assets and content you supply to us.
• Review and approve deliverables before publication or execution.
• Comply with applicable laws and the policies of the platforms used in your campaigns.

5. AI-assisted delivery

Our work is AI-assisted and human-reviewed. We use AI tools to accelerate research, content and reporting, and our specialists validate the output before delivery. How we mark AI-generated content and handle data is described in our AI Transparency and AI Privacy Policy & Data Flow pages, which form part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

• Upon full payment, ownership of final, client-specific deliverables transfers to you, except for third-party assets, licensed components and our pre-existing tools, methods and templates.
• We retain the right to describe the work at a high level (process, methodology, deliverables) but will not publish your name, logo or confidential results as a case study without your prior written approval.
• Website content, brand and design on this site remain the property of Meridian Growth.

7. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other’s confidential information and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.

8. Results & no guarantees

Digital growth depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition and third-party platforms. We commit to professional, methodical execution and measurable reporting, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or revenue outcomes.

9. Third-party platforms

Our services may involve third-party tools and platforms (analytics, ad networks, hosting, AI providers). We are not responsible for changes, outages, policy decisions or pricing of those third parties, though we will work to adapt your strategy when they change.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridian Growth’s total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

11. Cancellation

Monthly engagements may be cancelled with the notice period stated in the engagement agreement. One-time projects follow the milestones and payment schedule in the proposal. Fees for work already performed are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website with the most recent “last updated” date applies. Material changes to an active engagement will be communicated directly.
